Tickets

Online tickets cost €10 and are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
Your ticket arrives by e-mail as a QR code. Show it at the door — no printing needed.
Tickets are not tied to a name: you can forward the QR code to someone else as a gift.
Tickets are non-refundable, but you have the full 3 months to use them — walk in any time during museum hours. An unused ticket after 3 months expires.
On-site tickets (€11 adult, €8 kids 7–17, €34 family, free for 0–6) are paid at the door, cash or card.

Opening hours and entry

Open daily 09:00–22:00, last entry 21:15. The museum may occasionally close for private events — these closures are announced at the entrance and, where possible, on our social media.

Alcohol and minors

The complimentary rakija shot and all alcoholic drinks are served to adults (18+) only.
Visitors under 18 are welcome, but minors under 14 should be accompanied by an adult.
School groups must be supervised by school staff at all times.

Inside the museum

Photography and filming for personal use are welcome — it’s that kind of museum.
Please treat the exhibits and other visitors with care. Visitors who damage exhibits may be liable for the damage.
We may refuse entry to visibly intoxicated visitors. Ironic, we know.

Group bookings and private events

Team building, school tours, group visits, bachelor/hen parties, and private rentals are arranged by individual offer. The terms in the written offer (price, headcount, cancellation window) apply to those bookings.
