What data we collect
- Ticket purchases: name, e-mail address, and payment confirmation. Card details are processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
- Inquiry forms (team building, school tours, group visits, private events, franchise): the contact details and event information you submit.
- Story submissions: the story, files, and contact details you choose to send (see our Story Submission Terms).
- Website analytics: anonymised usage data via cookies (see below).
Why we use it
- To deliver your ticket and process your payment
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote
- To send your QR ticket and order confirmation by e-mail
- To improve the website and our marketing
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers needed to run the museum: Stripe (payments), Brevo (transactional e-mail), Google Analytics and Meta (anonymised website analytics and advertising measurement). We never sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies (required for checkout) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept as long as required by Croatian accounting law. Inquiry data is kept until the inquiry is resolved, plus a reasonable follow-up period. Story submissions are kept as described in the Story Submission Terms.
Your rights
